Quality Control
At Tri-V every employee is a part of the quality team. Comprehensive quality plans
are created for each production part. For short run jobs, the toolmaker assumes
responsibility for accuracy and quality. To assure that we exceed your requirements, the
quality department does a thorough outgoing inspection. We have full complement of gages
and measurement devices, including coordinate measuring machines and toolmakers
microscopes.

Training
At Tri-V we realize that skilled employees are one of our most important assets.
We maintain an apprenticeship program for tool and die makers and work closely with
educators to assure our ability to hire and maintain qualified employees with up to date
skills.
